Special Announcement from Robert C. Happy, Jr., President of Averill Fundraising Solutions
On behalf of everyone at Averill Fundraising Solutions, I am pleased to announce that Susan Lienau has been named Assistant Vice President for Philanthropic Operations. Susan joined Averill in 2012 as the Director of Operations. In this role working with the Principals of the firm, she built the foundation and infrastructure required to support the national philanthropic management firm Averill is today. During her tenure with Averill, she has contributed to numerous planning studies, development assessments and campaigns for clients throughout the United States and Canada.
As Assistant Vice President for Philanthropic Operations, Susan will lead the Averill team with client development and project coordination. This role will provide Averill with a full-time leader to oversee the coordination and conduct of Planning and Feasibility Studies, corporate report analysis, prospect research and identification, collateral material production, creation of donor presentations, professional training and recruitment, and coordination of client development through a strategic marketing plan.
Susan has been a driving force to the growth of Averill and I could not be more thrilled to announce that she has accepted this role. She will continue to work closely with me in leading all aspects of the firm’s work, particularly providing the highest level client service.
